Segmentation Integrity Bootcamp exists because overlap is the silent killer of experiment readouts. When two campaigns accidentally target the same nervous subset, results look volatile and teams blame creative instead of structure.

We start with a simple roster: segment name, entry rule, primary KPI, and owner. From there, an overlap sheet marks intersections as intentional, accidental, or unknown. Unknown is allowed temporarily if owners commit to a resolution date.

We do not promise laboratory purity. We promise visible risk so leaders can choose tradeoffs knowingly. That posture keeps the operational focus where it belongs: on clarity, not theatrical certainty.
