Categories of personal data we process

For enrolled learners, we may process attendance, assignment uploads, and billing references provided by you or your employer.
Purposes and legal bases
We process data to respond to inquiries, administer programs, improve site security, and—if you opt in—understand aggregated traffic patterns. Legal bases may include contract performance, legitimate interests in securing our services, and consent where required for non-essential cookies or marketing sends.
Retention
Contact form submissions are retained long enough to resolve your request unless a longer period is needed for legitimate disputes. Program records follow statutory and operational retention schedules, typically aligned with tax and consumer records requirements in Korea.

Automated decision-making
We do not use solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning learners based on their personal data.
