Refund Policy

Scope
This Money-Back Policy applies to tuition payments processed for Castly Wavehub Institute cohort-based programs listed on castly-wavehub.one. It supplements the enrollment agreement sent at checkout or invoice acceptance.
Cooling-off period (14 days)
If you purchased remotely as a consumer under applicable Korean consumer regulations, you may withdraw within 14 days from the date of contract formation without giving a reason, unless services have begun with your prior express consent and you acknowledged loss of withdrawal right.
Partial refunds after access begins
If digital materials, mentor reviews, or live sessions have already been delivered with your consent, we may deduct reasonable value for services consumed. Calculation follows the fee table included in your enrollment packet.
Non-refundable items
Third-party fees (for example, paid panel incentives you chose to run outside our bundle), expedited shipping of printed materials if offered, or certification bundles issued by external bodies may be non-refundable once ordered on your behalf.
How to request a refund
Email hello@castly-wavehub.one with your full name, cohort name, payment reference, and reason for the request. We respond within seven business days with next steps. Keep banking details current if refunds are sent via wire or local transfer.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are initiated within fourteen business days unless a payment processor requires additional verification. Refunds return to the original payment method where technically supported; otherwise we coordinate an alternate secure channel.
Cancellations by Castly and force majeure
If we cancel a cohort due to low enrollment or instructor availability, you may transfer to another date or receive a full refund. For events outside reasonable control (natural disasters, government orders), we will propose equitable remedies such as rescheduling before issuing partial refunds tied to unavoidable costs.
